on the first day, I’m already sure I really want to come and study here.
I’m really lucky to get a single room! I have lots of things so it is nice that i don’t need to share space with others. and there really got lots of talented people here. many of them dedicated themselves to music since they were really young. I’m fortuate
When I chat with my family, they say the State really is my place, seems everything goes well wth me. However, the truth is, I have ran into TONS of tiny accident. but nothing couldt overcome 🙂

I split with my taiwanese friend today, ad met lots of people. I’m glad that we decide to not sticked together.
Nisha and her friend: a really young pop vocalist from Thailand. have good vibe are funny.
Faaiza, another vocalist from Arab
Emeliano, my “fake” roommate (because I ran into wrong building). a Mexican now live in Chicago two years ago, also a really nice guy
Ruhi. a really groovy and easy going drummer
Kjersti and Jada, two girl that sit next to me and the first and second people receiving taiwanese snacks that I bring. I’m kind of nervous to start a conversation with two people together but they really helped out and gives me a good conversation.
Almp and Bret. random guy on the hallway. onne of them looks like Tom Misch
Zoey, a vocalist who has amazing, friendly, good-quality energy. a little frightened by her but I wish I knew her more.
Daniel, another vocalist that a similar vibe to Zoey. very chill
Zay and Nat, Natasha. they may be the most important people i met here. they really know how to connect with people and bring up a gig together. lets me know Sami and Oren.
Sami and Oren, are two guys that I jam with first! they are both BAD. very lucky to play with them and learn from them
Conor, a tall London guitarist, very friendly and easygoing, will be a good mate to just hang around with, haven’t played with him yet. I hope to play with him real soon.

First day is all about sweating and check-in. looking forward to this five weeks.
