This morning started with my second performance, featuring pieces like “Frankenstein,” “Fred,” and “Beastly.” I think we did it pretty decent :).
Lunchtime was a casual affair at the cafeteria, where I enjoyed chatting with friends.
The afternoon brought a challenge during the Funk Lab session, where I struggled to stay awake. A quick nap afterward helped recharge my energy for the rest of the day. Later, in the Reading Lab, I had a meaningful conversation with Neal, my first and most supportive teacher. Neal has always been a warm and approachable mentor, offering me encouragement and the resources I needed to thrive. His genuine care and easy-going nature have made him a role model for me.
As evening fell, I met up with Maddy and Sasha back at the dorm, and we decided to hang out for the second time! We grabbed dinner together and headed to BPC for a performance. Where I met Ariel, and finally have a chance to chat and start to be a friend of her

The show was fairly standard, but the highlight was the Salsa Ensemble. The vibrant atmosphere and infectious rhythms made it impossible not to want to dance. The percussion by the instructor was particularly captivating.
The night continued with an impromptu adventure as a large group more than 35 of us headed to the Dock. We spent hours talking, dancing, and enjoying the night view, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
I shared a dance and some conversation with Simone, who is my best friend here. to be honest we didn’t really talk much but we instantly vibe together and feel very comfortable around him no idea why!
We returned around 3 AM, completely exhausted but happy, and I fell asleep immediately, ending the day with a deep sense of satisfaction and connection.
