Today is a big first for me—my first-ever road trip! Coming from Taiwan, this was completely new. Taiwan is just too small for long drives like this, and you don’t get the same wide, open landscape.
Woke up early, gassed up the vehicle, grabbed some food, and we were ready to go.
Breakfast was at El Moco—so good. At one point, I almost got mad at Happy, but honestly, I can’t even remember why. He’s usually annoying, so I guess it wasn’t worth putting in the diary haha!
After swapping drivers for about five to six hours, we finally made it to Vegas and checked into the Holiday Inn.
With a whole road of Jazz music, a blessing road.

Our first plan, is to tour through different hotel. Vegas is in the middle of nowhere, so there literally got NOTHING. So the venture is inside every hotel.
headed to the Venetian Hotel, walk around to see the beautiful (and a little halarious?) river and sky. and had a pretty expensive buffet. Tbh it not super delicious but there is tons of options. including raw fish to crab to meat. We then wandered through Caesars Palace, spent some time at the casino, and tried our luck at the slot machines. Wendy and Happy were both giving off bad vibes… But I let it slide, they’re still young.

More hotel ventures!
It Vegas, of course we are going to check out the casino.
We pooled together $25 to play the slots. At one point, we were down to just $7, but one lucky spin brought us back to break even. We cashed out right then—no losses, no gains. I took a shot at red or black with $25 later and… yeah, lost it all. Lesson learned, Vegas doesn’t mess around. LOL

That night, after getting back to the hotel, Yachun and I hit up a nearby nightclub. We pre-drinked, and she asked me a lot about flirting tips. I was so happy with how well my advice was received. She really appreciated my mature approach, and it felt good to share some experience with someone who valued it.
We have a wonderful night together. after the party we spend some time talking and walking to exercise a little to let the alchole fade. A night and a sincere talk like this, make us know something deeper inside us.
