Day 48. Practice, Rehearsal, Reflecting.

Practicing all day and rehearsal with different groups today. overall its a really productive day.

However, my brand got stuck. I’m not building anything again. I feel I lost control and have too many things to handle. The worst part, I don’t even know how this happened, or how to prevent it.

I’m slowing things down and writing notes in my notebook, hoping to think with writing and find a way out. It is not the first time, it keeps happening, like the goal I set means very little and no logic. I don’t know why.

I need help.
